Om Packers & Logistics is a moving company built in Gurugram, for the people of Gurugram. Our office is at H.No.180, PH-3 Gali, Ashok Vihar Phase III Extension, close to the old city and a short drive from the main residential and business areas. From here, our teams go out every day to pack and move homes, offices and vehicles across the city and across the country.

Why we started
Most people move only a few times in their life, and almost everyone has a story about a bad move: a mover who quoted one price and asked for another, a sofa that arrived torn, a truck that showed up a day late, or a team that left the new flat full of cartons and tape. We started Om Packers & Logistics because we believed moving in Gurgaon could be done better, with more planning, better packing and plain honesty about price.
That belief shapes how we work today. We survey before we quote. We write the price down. We bring the right material. We tell you when something is difficult, such as a wardrobe that will not fit in the lift, before the moving day, not on it.

- SurveyA surveyor visits or joins a video call to list items, check access and plan the team size and vehicle.
- QuoteYou receive a written, itemised quote. Packing, labour, transport and optional services such as insurance are shown separately.
- PackTrained packers use the right material for each item and label every box by room and contents.
- MoveGoods are loaded in a closed truck and secured. For long distance moves you get the driver's number and regular updates.
- SettleWe unload, place furniture, reassemble what we dismantled and, if you want, unpack and clear away the waste.
Our team
Our team is made up of supervisors, packers, carpenters, drivers and helpers, most of whom live in and around Gurugram. New packers learn on the job alongside experienced staff, starting with simple items and moving up to glass, electronics and heavy furniture only when they are ready. Everyone is briefed before each job on the home, the items and any special care needed.
We expect our team to be on time, polite and careful, to cover floors and lifts, to keep noise down in residential buildings and to leave your old and new homes clean. If any of us falls short, we want to hear about it.
Our packing standards
Good packing is the single biggest factor in a safe move. We use:
- Five-ply corrugated cartons in several sizes, plus wardrobe cartons for hanging clothes.
- Bubble wrap, foam sheets and tissue for glass, crockery, showpieces and electronics.
- Corrugated rolls and edge guards for furniture, mirrors and table tops.
- Stretch film to seal upholstered furniture and mattresses against dust and moisture.
- Wooden crating on request for very fragile or high-value items such as large glass tops, marble and artwork.

A typical moving day with us
Our teams usually reach your home early in the morning, before the society gets busy. The supervisor walks through each room with you, confirms the inventory from the survey and asks about anything that needs special care, such as a family heirloom or a cupboard you want to pack yourself. Floors near the entrance and the lift are covered. Packers then work room by room, starting with things you use least and finishing with the kitchen and beds.
Through the day, the supervisor keeps you updated and checks that every carton is labelled and sealed. Loading starts once a good part of the home is packed, with heavy furniture first and fragile cartons placed where nothing can fall on them. Before the truck leaves, the supervisor walks through the empty home with you so nothing is left behind. At the new home, the same process runs in reverse: goods are unloaded, placed in the right rooms, checked against the inventory and beds and wardrobes are reassembled.
