Get a free moving quote
The quickest way to get a price is to call or WhatsApp us. Tell us where you are moving from and to, the size of your home or office and your preferred date, and we will give you a rough estimate right away. For an exact price, we arrange a free survey at your home or on a video call, and send you a written, itemised quote the same day in most cases.
You can also fill in the quote form on this page. Your request reaches our team by email, and a moving advisor calls you back, usually within an hour during working hours.
What to tell us for an accurate quote
The more we know, the more accurate your quote. If you can, share:
- Your current address and new address, with sector or area and city.
- The size of your home: 1 RK, 1 BHK, 2 BHK, 3 BHK, villa or office seats.
- The floor at both ends and whether a lift is available for shifting.
- Large or special items: double door fridge, piano, gym equipment, large glass, artwork, plants.
- Whether you also need car or bike transport, or storage.
- Your preferred moving date and whether it is flexible.
Photos or a short video of each room on WhatsApp are very helpful. They let us plan the right team, packing material and truck size.
What happens after you contact us
Within working hours, a moving advisor usually calls you back within an hour of your form or message. On that call we ask a few questions about your move and agree a time for the survey, either a visit or a video call. After the survey, you receive a written quote, usually on WhatsApp and email. There is no obligation to book. If you decide to go ahead, we confirm the date, team and vehicle, and send you a short checklist to help you prepare. A day before the move, our supervisor calls to confirm the arrival time.
Moving from Gurgaon to another city?
For intercity moves, tell us the destination city, the size of your home and whether you need car or bike transport too. We can quote for both a dedicated truck and a shared truck so you can compare cost and delivery time.

Protect yourself from moving scams
Sadly, some people pretending to be movers take an advance and disappear, or load goods and then demand much more money to deliver them. A few checks keep you safe with any mover:
- Visit or verify the company's office address and Google Business listing.
- Never book a mover who will not survey your home or give a written quote.
- Be careful of quotes that are far cheaper than everyone else's.
- Pay a reasonable advance only after you receive a written quote and booking confirmation.
- Get a proper invoice and an inventory list of your goods.
- Save the supervisor's and driver's phone numbers and the truck number on moving day.
You can visit our office in Ashok Vihar Phase III at any time during working hours, and our Google listing shows real reviews from real customers.
Documents to keep ready
For household moves, keep a copy of your ID proof and both addresses. For vehicle transport, keep copies of the RC and insurance. For office and business moves, keep your GST details, the list of business goods and any building permissions. If you are a tenant, ask your landlord for a short permission letter, which many Gurgaon societies ask for before goods leave.
Your moving week checklist
- Seven days before: confirm your date, book the lift and inform your society. Start using up frozen and open food.
- Five days before: sort what you will keep, sell, donate or discard. Arrange internet and gas transfer.
- Three days before: pack a bag of essentials for the first two nights. Collect important documents in one folder.
- One day before: defrost the fridge, empty the washing machine and charge your phones and power banks.
- Moving day: be present at the start and end of packing, check every room and cupboard, and sign the inventory.
- After the move: check goods against the inventory and update your address with your bank, employer and service providers.
